The rules for working with Starterself.
Services
Starterself provides AI search, SEO and content services. Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work starts.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the agreed scope. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.
No guarantees
Search and AI results change and vary by platform, location and time. We do not guarantee rankings, AI mentions or citations, leads, bookings or revenue.
Your responsibilities
You give us the access and information we need, and you approve all content before it is published. For legal, dental and other regulated services, you are responsible for professional review and for following the rules where you practice.
Ownership
Deliverables you have paid for belong to you. We keep our own methods, templates and tools.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information and account access confidential and use it only for the agreed work.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question.
Ending the work
Either side can end an ongoing partnership with 30 days’ written notice. You pay for work completed up to the end date.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
